The stories behind the résumé.

Why this show

A résumé turns years of work into a few bullet points. It shows what someone did. It doesn't show how they think.

On Tell Me About a Time, people looking for work tell real stories. A hard problem. A tough call. A mistake they fixed. The moment something clicked.

You'll hear how guests solve problems, make decisions, work with others, and adapt when plans change.
